Classic Stockholm hotel totally refurbished and re-opened as a boutique hotel in September 2003. Looks great, and it will be nice to stay on Södermalm for once!
Normally very expensive, but their summer rates make them very competetive - so much so that we decided to go for a "superior" room ("standard" rooms were being offered at SEK 995 for a double). |

A bit out-of-the-way, by Stockhol's Värtan ferry terminal (Silja Line). We are only really staying here because we are getting the 8:00am ferry, and because they were doing a ridiculously cheap summer offer. Looks nice enough though. |

In the centre of Mariehamn, close to the shops. Looks OK (it's a Scandic, so it is not going to be bad!), and we found a good deal on their website (usual summer rate is €162). |
